* fill the ChangeLog file
* follow recent format change of some KEGG databases
* update appl/fasta/*.rb
* clean up sample/ directory
* update tutorial, if possible (I've lost updated version by HDD crash in February ...)

Should I release bioruby-1.1.0-pre3?
