[BioRuby] FreeBSD port

Hi,

Just to inform you that the FreeBSD port for BioRuby has been upgraded
from 0.6.2 to 1.0.0. I created an interactive options menu for adding 
the necessary packages for its extra features (xmlparser, bdb4, mysql, 
pgsql) at the time of install. I've taken the maintainership of it since 
it was orphaned from a long time ago.

If you run into any issues with the new version please let me know.
