[BioRuby] BioRuby 0.6.2 released

Hi,

I have just released BioRuby 0.6.2 at:

This release includes Unit Tests contributed by Moses Hohman,
support for Sim4, Spidey and BLAT by Naohisa Goto,
many other improvements and bug fixes.
