Through a combination of lectures and hands-on sessions, participants will learn how to efficiently work with biological data using Python.</span></p>
<p style="margin:0;padding:0;margin: 0.0px 0.0px 12.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Times; color: #000000; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000;"><span style="font-kerning: none;">During the course, you will:<br /> • Improve your Python coding skills, including writing efficient and well-structured code<br /> • Work with biological data formats (e.g. FASTA, GenBank) using BioPython<br /> • Perform data wrangling and analysis with Pandas<br /> • Create clear and informative visualizations using matplotlib and seaborn<br /> • Gain an introduction to machine learning concepts and common algorithms<br /> • Build a complete data analysis workflow, from raw data processing to model evaluation and interpretation</span></p>
