I was looking at the <a href="https://ncbi.github.io/blast-cloud/dev/api.html" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://ncbi.github.io/blast-cloud/dev/api.html</a> and didnt see the two parameters that I was looking for. One of them which is on the BLAST web version is Max target sequences which is usually set to 100 but I was looking for an option to set that parameter to 250. Also, in the blast p option, the web version asks you if you wanna add an organism and I also dont know what the parameters for that one is in the NCBI API or in the Biopython option.<br></div>
