[BioPython] Python 3

Perl 6 is supposed to arrive at Christmas.  Now which Christmas is  
anyone's guess.

One can play around with two pre-alpha Perl 6 implementations, Parrot  
and Pugs, in the meantime (something I have been doing a bit lately...)
