[BioPython] PDB import thingy?

See if the C/Flex module is compiled in Bio/PDB/mmCIF.
Maybe this is another of my modules that should be disabled
by default, this time because because it depends on Flex.

I should really stop using 'fancy' stuff like C++ or lex,
apparantly :-)
