Have you been in touch with him? He would be the most qualified to review this new code.<br><br></div>Normally we review a new contribution through a pull request on Github. first of all, thanks to y'all for getting Biopython to where it is and<br>

I resurrected and extended a couple of modules for RNA secondary<br>
structure & manipulation from an old Biopython branch 'rna' by<br>
Kristian Rother. I'd like to contribute them. Is there currently an<br>
RNA secondary structure effort in Biopython? If there is, who should I<br>
coordinate with?<br>
