I just checked out the latest CVS and setup.py failed on installation during gcc compilation of ranlib.o since Bio/Cluster/ranlib.c couldn't be found. Any suggestions? Was this file supposed to be in the CVS? The checkout notes indicate that it has been replaced with something else. Thanks, Chris
