Hi Shawn,

My group is quite interested in biopipe too!  I have gotten it running
with a sample BLAST dataset on my laptop and I love it.

I am definitely interested in collaborating on it; in fact I was
going to write you about it later this week, but figured I might
as well jump in now that it's being discussed anyway.  :-)
