If you killed the PipelineManager process and the pipeline database 
still exist, you can simply re-run it with specifying the same 
database. If your configuration is wrong or something sort, so that 
PipelineManager quitted by itself, then you probably need to correct 
your configuration, e.g. the xml file, and flush the database, import 
the correct one and run it.
