that is not very evident for lot of information immediately and is only
likely to emerge at a later stage.
also, ignorant and curious to know what are the likely preferences and gain
of using attributes instead of tags other than short styleof clarity and
order shuffling (for xml validation, you dont need to specify attributes in
a particular order, but tag elements, you need to specify in the order
mentioned in the dtd).
