Definitely the XML and the documentation.  As far as runnables, I would
wait a bit while I get more comfortable with BioPipe.  Certainly, I can
check in additions.  But for changes/bugs, in the beginning, I can just
email changes to you.

That was the first thing I did (I sent an email suggesting a link to it
