[Bioperl-pipeline] Re: pipeline test

run it in the root directory.


go to:

cd bioperl-pipeline

your path should be /usr/users/luoming/cvs_src/bioperl-pipeline

then run

perl t/BlastPipe.t

this is because the path sql/schema.sql assumes your current working dir is there.

This path is set in t/BiopipeTestDB.conf
