[Bioperl-pipeline] Requirements for pipeline installation

Hi,
I already have bioperl 1.0.2 installed (minus the external modules).  Is it
necessary to install
bioperl-live,run etc for bioperl-pipeline ??  I really dont pay much
attention to alot of bioperl mail list, all these different packages
confuse me..
