Actually the java aspect comes with OmniGene, and they are gonna
integrate the 2. You might want to check that one out.

The client is basically a way for the biologist to avoid having to think
about what kind of services to use. Thus its kinda like a wizard. 
1)He requests for genbank sequences, then with that genbank sequence
2)he is presented with a bunch of things he can do with it.
So at each stage he is given choices of what to do..and he doesn't need
to find out where to get the resources. Transparent to him. Services are
discovered dynamically as more services registered which is really neat.
