Hi,

I'm having trouble installing Bio::Tools::Run::StandAloneBlastPlus, which
I'd like to try since I use standalone BLAST+.
I realize the obstacle has to do with CJFIELDS/BioPerl-Run-1.006900, but
have no idea how to fix it. Below is the Test Summary Report and cpan-tester
results for CJFIELDS/BioPerl-Run-1.006900.tar.gz. I use a RHEL 5.5 machine.
Many thanks for your suggestions.

galeb
