[Bioperl-l] extracting coding sequence from BLAST

Thanks Jason.

I have a large dataset (assembled ESTs) and several BLASTX or TBLASTX
comparisons and want to extract some translated coding regions for further
multiple aligmnent and phylogenetic analysis.
