[Bioperl-l] rpsblast results unsupported by Bio::SearchIO::Writer

Hi everybody,

I'm sorry to bug, but either I missed something so obvious nobody 
bothered to answer, either I'm being a little boycotted here...
A little help would be very much appreciated
