[Bioperl-l] Cleanup of BioPerl distribution website

Mauricio,

Forgot to mention: thanks for doing this!  Again, we could leave the  
PPM files for now.  I'll try looking into PPM to determine what we  
should do with the current ones.  I looked at the package.lst file  
and it does need to be updated but we'll probably wait until the next  
release so we can add the 1.5.2 PPM once it's made.
