Yes; using ActiveState's PPM:

ppm> query CLone
Querying target 1 (ActivePerl 5.8.7.815)
  1. Clone [0.20] recursively copy Perl datatypes
ppm>

v. 0.20 is the latest in CPAN.

I can try some additional tests with the relevant modules to see what the
problem is.
