[Bioperl-l] No space between parameters in codeml output.

Hi,

I have just reported a bug in PAML.pm (#2080) with patches. They solve an 
issue that parsing fails if codeml reported omega (dN/dS) in NSsite 
results without \s+ between two estimates like '0.12345678.90123'. The 
patches also include a fix to a cosmetic issue I introduced in previous 
report (#2054 or #2055 can't remember).

Would someone care to take a look?
