[Bioperl-l] sanity check an update the bioperl-run's t/ProtDist.t

Totally rounding either at the perl level or depending on how your  
phylip is built.Can you put some sprintfs in there and just test on 3  
sigfigs?

ok(sprintf("%.3f", $matrix->get_entry('ENSP000003','SINFRUP001')),  
0.277);
