[Bioperl-l] Bioperl core 1.4 make error: line too long

Yeah I guess this can be a problem and why most people use PPM - I  
don't really know what to do wrt windows/dos.  I guess people also  
suggest using cygwin.  Windows users can speak up and say more I hope  
how they have coped.
