[Bioperl-l] determining orthologs...

I wrote a wrapper for BLINK. At the moment it doesn't return very 
bioperly results, but it worked for what I needed.

Take a look and hack it: http://www.salmonella.org/bioperl/

I think the answer depends on what you are trying to do...
