[Bioperl-l] bioperl meme/mast parser?

Look in bioperl-live, Bio::Matrix::PSM::IO (meme, mast and transfac
parsers). mast parser parses only section I and II, maybe I will add more
stuff to it in the next few months. Any suggestions are appreciated.
