On the subject of fixing bugs, what's the procedure for patch
submission, is it just to send unified diffs to this list?

Also, are there any coding standards in operation?

Finally, what's the latest CVS version to be checking out, is
bioperl-live the repository that people are working on ATM?

BTW the Wiki linked from the Bioperl home page returns a 404.
