I like the idea of using Bundles.  There could be
Bundle::Bio::Seq
Bundle::Bio::SeqIO
Bundle::Bio::SearchIO
Bundle::Bio::DB
etc., which would break things up into intuitive functionally related,
er, bundles and allow people to just install what they need.

Speaking of installation....  I like the looks of Module::Build, however
does anyone know if installing modules/Bundles via the CPAN module will
work with modules that use it instead of ExtUtils::MakeMaker?  If not,
that would spoil the Bundles option, assuming of course we go with
Module::Build in the first place.
