definitely io-string, libwwww-pm.  gd-pm would be nice as well.
xml-parser-pm libxml-pm also are good I think.

Beauty of fink is it should be pretty easy for these dependancies to be
pulled in.

acedb is pretty minor and not used much so I wouldn't worry about that.
