[Bioperl-l] [ANNOUNCE] Sequences with meta data

I've committed the meta sequence classes I suggested earlier.

There is a module defining the meta sequence interface, a generic
implementation of it as well as IO modules to serialise these sequences
in fasta like format when they are either in an alignment or
independent.

Bio/Seq/MetaI.pm
Bio/Seq/Meta.pm
Bio/SeqIO/metafasta.pm
Bio/AlignIO/metafasta.pm
t/MetaSeq.t
t/data/test.metafasta
t/data/testaln.metafasta

Please test and comment. More specialised subclasses should go into
Bio::Seq::Meta name space.

Enjoy,

	-Heikki
