[Bioperl-l] PrimarySeqI::primary_id and IdentifiableI::object_id

Since accession_number maps to IdentifiableI::object_id it appears
that primary_id() has no equivalent in IdentifiableI.

Does everyone feel OK with this?

I thought primary_id would be the slot where databank identifiers
go, e.g. the GI number for genbank seqs. Say you get a dbxref with
only the GI number (which I don't think is far fetched), how would
you match this to your collection of IdentifiableIs? I.e., how would
you ask a server expecting an LSID for the entry? You ask a mapper
first to return the accession number?

Or is this not how the process was meant to be?
