[Bioperl-l] CVS Access Problem

Dan,

We are still moving domains and machines so I documentation is not quite
up to date.

Insted of using cvs.bioperl.org type dev.open-bio.org.

I am not sure why but cvs and dev are different machines and only dev
has the cvs server.
