Sue has volunteered to review the how-tos, so far we only have 3,
searchio, bio::graphics, and the PAML one that have been committed. I
know we voted for text only versions initially, but of course all the
folks who have initially submitted ones chose to do a docbook first which
can be rendered as text very easily. THIS SHOULD NOT SCARE YOU FROM
WRITING YOUR HOW TO. Just do it in text, don't work about making it
docbook sgml unless you want to learn it.

Also, if you have interesting observations or extensions of a module set,
such as SearchIO, don't bashful about adding to my draft (just let me know
too!).

We should aim to have first drafts of those how to docs in by the end of
the month so they can be reviewed and corrected in time for the upcoming
1.2 release in mid-late Nov. Please try and put together your outline to
help provide some user-documentation to complement the tutorial in
addition to the programmer API documentation that we already have.
