[Bioperl-l] blastp problem

Hi,
Maybe this is not the proper place to ask this question, but I do need =
your help! =20
I am using "blastall -p blastp -i query -d database" to query one =
protein sequence against one protein database (constructed by myself). =
However, it always shows :
"WARNING: Unable to open BLOSUM62=20
WARNING: BlastScoreBlkMatFill returned non-zero status
WARNING: SetUpBlastSearch failed"
and I cannot find out its match at all (but the query itself is =
contained in the database). So is there anything wrong or missed when I =
using blastall? Thanks in advance!
