SearchIO/psiblast.pm provides a tie-in to the old Bio::Tools::Blast::Sbjct and
Bio::Tools::Blast::HSP functionality, it's important for backwards
compatibility.

I would like to see psiblast.pm and blast.pm become one. Let's target this task
for the next release.
