[Bioperl-l] changing matrix parameter on blastp

Many thanks for saving me more hours of headbashing.
As a Bioperl newbie, I find the documentation adequate to good
 but maybe this matrix changing trick could be put in the tutorial
or in the Bio::Tools::Run::RemoteBlast documentation at some point,
as it's quite a commonplace task?
