[Bioperl-l] pipeline, run,etc.

Just to keep people in the loop, over here Shawn, Kiran, Bala and I are
going onto a "docathon" and "cleanathon" in the next two days, to make
sure by the end of the week you can release bioperl with a clean
bioperl-run module and a stable alpha pipeline module.
