you have just checked in Bio/Tools/SwissProtParser.pm right?
I don't have access to my cvs tree here at the moment, but sounds
suspiciously like Bio/SeqIO/swiss.pm (parsing swissprot format into
sequence objects)
Is there some overlap?
Can you enlighten us on SwissProtParser?
