[Bioperl-l] setup standalong blast to work with bioperl

Will,

Looks like the perl expects to find out about your local blast directory 
location via checking an environment variable called BLASTDIR. You would 
set this up in a manner similar to the way you treat PATH and other 
variables in your environment.
