[Bioperl-l] makefile on alpha

Would that be the CPAN Make-1.00 module?

On a separate note, I was trying to help Andy with his pipeline setting up
but he was stack with errors in make test in bioperl-run.... not sure why
but when doing the ClustalW test and trying to get a temp file to write to
it tries to write directly in the / directory and fails horribly (not just
the test, the whole make test).... trying to figure out what's up...
