[Bioperl-l] bioperl-db branch

Is there any reason to create a branch for 0.01 release (I don't see any)
- as the current code does not work with bioperl live code due to changes
in the Annotation and RootI objects.  I am thinking about starting to
fix some of the bioperl-db code to work with the current live bioperl
code, is there any reason to branch so that bug fixes can be made for
bioperl-db code that works with bioperl 0.7.2 ?
