[Bioperl-l] '?', a valid sequence character

I posted some time ago about my plans to allow question marks ('?') in
sequence strings. I got not reply. 

I've now committed this change into Bio::PrimarySeq::avlidate_seq in
bioperl-live, lets see if anything breaks down.
