[Bioperl-l] bugfix for BPLite Expect. (0.7.0)

Hi David,

I put it into 0.7 branch but I doubt there will ever be an other 0.7
release. You probably found the fix from the head (at least the line is
identical) which has a large number of fixes to BPLite. 

If anyone has problems with BLAST parsing I recommend moving to development
releases (0.9) or even better to CVS head. BLAST parsing seems to be fast
moving area and the head is the only place you can find the latest fixes.
