[Bioperl-l] Lost Alignment/Clustalw.pm

Strange thing here.  I was checking into alignment code.  I have two boxes
on my desk right now, both running Linux.  One of them has a recent
checkout of bioperl-live, the other an older checkout that has had
numerous updates.  I did a near-simultaneous update of both of them this
morning.  The newer checkout has a directory Bio/Tools/Alignment/ with
Clustalw.pm in it.  The older one has no such directory.  I ssh'd to
bio.perl.org, and there it was.  I cvs updated again, both globally, and
in the Bio/Tools directory, and it wasn't created.  What's going on?
