Pjotr, Sorry I didn't get back with biolib test results, my Ubuntu setup went down last week so I have been caught up with getting that back up and running (should be back up on Monday). I'll start running tests on OS X to see how far I get and will let you know; I'll start documenting my attempts on the biolib wiki. chris
