OK, I see. I think we just include the GSL sources into biolib.
Easiest, and logical as other biolib modules will get access too. In
theory the GSL is stable enough to link against it - however, it is
small enough just to carry it in.

Will do tomorrow. Ignore the problem until I have done that.
