[Biojava-dev] Cloning repositories in eclipse

Hi Spencer,

Thank you for helping us with the setup. We do use Eclipse, cannot tell how
many of us do, but I feel it must be a significant proportion. So it would
be nice to have things working out of the box.
Alternatively maybe it is worth looking for/trying alternative Git plugin?
