Hi, I downloaded some files from ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/ I would like to work a little bit with data that I have e.g. genbank identifiers and how they map into the tree. Does anybody know parsers, APIs etc for these files? At the moment I don't care which language java would be preferred of course. thank you very much, ido
