[Biojava-dev] biojava3-ws alternate NCBIQBlastService implementation

Hi,

Just saw what you committed on biojava-live. I have to say that it is quite elegant and very interesting. Three points:

- Is it really necessary to put the enum classes into their own package?

- I would replace my original stuff with yours+mine and rename it simply qblast.

- Could you modify my recipe into the Cookbook to match your new ways?

BTW, I'll not be able to work much on this for the next few months: grant writing, teaching and project management are going to eat all my time...
