[Biojava-dev] translateN patch for RNAToAminoAcidTranslator

Hey all;
I was playing a bit with the TranscriptionEngine and the
translateNCodons option was not working due to some null pointer
exceptions trying to look up codons from non-existent "X" amino
acids. 

Bugzilla seems unhappy right now; I get a big ol' 'Sorry, entering bugs 
into the product BioJava has been disabled.' when trying to create a
new bug, so the patch is here:
